Would you believe it if we told you that you would be able to earn money as freelancer? Honestly, there are many individuals out there who make a fulltime living by doing freelance writing. If writing is something you have always had a passion for, then you may want to start out as a writer. However, this is not something you can just plunge into and do whenever you want to do. We are going to tell you some information that you should take to mind.
When we first started out as a freelance writer, we didn’t have anyone giving us tips. What we did was through trial and error. We have came across many clients who are tough, but then, at the same time, we have came across many clients that were easy. We are thankful for both those tough and easy clients. Why? Well, those tough clients have made us the good writer that we are today. Without them, we would not of learnt from the mistakes we have made.
When you get a client, tell them that you would like them to point out your flaws so that you can correct them. Some clients tend to correct the mistakes you made for themselves without ever letting you know about them as they do not want to offend you.
As a freelancer, you will also need to have motivation. Without motivation, you are not going to have success.
There are many individuals that have the potential of writing for money as they are great writers, but they do not take it serious. In order to make a living, you will need to take your writing business serious. We are a fulltime writer. That means we put at least eight hours a day into writing.
One of the best things about writing is the fact that you can make an endless amount of money. Sure, if you want to make three thousand dollars each month, you will need to have a game plan in mind.
There are many bid sites that you can go to in order to find someone to write for. On those bid sites, you can come across many freelancers who would like to have not only writers, but designers, virtual assistants, programmers, etc. Some of these sites will tell you how much money the provider has earned so far through the website. After you have won the project and completed it, the buyer is going to pay you. Sometimes, the buyer will be able to pay the writer by going through the bid site’s secure system. While other times, they will ask to pay you by PayPal.
You could also get more clients to write for by creating a website. In fact, if you are a freelancer, you should create a website and advertise the services you offer. On this site, you should also tell how much you charge, include some testimonials of your past clients and include a brief history of why you started the business as a freelancer. With the jobs downsizing in the market today, earn money as freelancer is the way to go.
